Money Smart Week 2010!
Your Winnebago County Money Smart Week steering committee has again been working hard to put together a local Money Smart Week program for kids and adults.
You may recall that Money Smart Week Wisconsin is an ongoing social awareness campaign and the first statewide event of its kind in the country. It was created by the Governor’s Council on Financial Literacy which Governor Jim Doyle formed to advise him about
how to improve financial literacy in Wisconsin. It is modeled closely after similar
promotions run by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in the cities of Chicago and
Detroit. Wisconsin’s initiative has the support of the Federal Reserve Banks of both
Chicago and Minneapolis.
This year Money Smart Week Wisconsin will be held October 2nd-9th. Check out local event offerings by visiting:

Responsibilities include: interviewing applicants and clients, verifying eligibility, determining rent subsidy, tenant accounting and monitoring leases, while working with community agencies. Property management or program administration helpful, but we will train the right person. Starting salary $16.00 per hour, plus excellent benefits.
