Manager of Responsible Fatherhood Project
ADVOCAP, Inc. is launching a new project in Wisconsin's Fond du Lac, Winnebago and Green Lake Counties to help low income, un- or underemployed fathers become more self sufficient. The Project Manager will orchestrate, deliver, and manage opportunities which result in responsible, engaged fathers who will have also gained important life and occupational skills, and employment.
This position will require supervisory, coordination and service skills of an experienced human services professional. The skills and knowledge to use the full range of ADVOCAP's services and those of the community in addressing participant goals is essential. Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver group training and facilitate support groups a plus.
Starting annual wage is mid-thirties with a full benefit package.
