September 14th WAA Seminar: Landlord and Tenant Rights (& Wrongs)

This event is free to the public and is cosponsored by the Winnebago Apartment Association and the Wisconsin Apartment Association but you must register at the link below!  Attendance is limited to 100 people so please register early.  When we cosponsored our last public seminar at the Coughlin Center in April, 2014, 115 people attended and regretfully a few were turned away due to overcapacity.

Wednesday, September 14th from 6 – 8 PM

James P. Coughlin Center

When talking with landlords, they all feel that the laws heavily favor the tenant. However, when talking with tenants, they all feel that landlords have all of the rights. The truth is that both landlords and tenants have rights and protections under the law. This class was originally written as a seminar specifically for tenants, to educate them on their rights and also point out what rights landlords have. Over time, this class for tenants has become an important part of landlord education as well. Attend this seminar to learn what rights BOTH landlords AND tenants actually have under the laws.

Please register for this WAA seminar-Landlord and Tenant Rights (&Wrongs)-Presented by John H. Fischer, aka Dr. Rent on Wednesday, September 14th from 6 – 8 PM  at the James P. Coughlin Center, 625 E. County Road Y, Oshkosh, WI 54901-8131 by clicking this link:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. There will be plenty of time for Q and A after so please bring your questions for one of the most knowledgeable rental housing educators in Wisconsin

Brought to you by the Winnebago Apartment Association
