Attached is a table with goals, activities and roadblocks was created with the help of the committee for the Winnebago County Specialized Transportation Coordination Plan. This 5 year plan is a requirement for Federal Transit Administration (Section 5310) and WisDOT (85.21) transportation funds for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
