City of Oshkosh Comprehensive Plan

The City of Oshkosh, in partnership with East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (ECWRPC), is in the process of finalizing the update to the City of Oshkosh Comprehensive Plan.  One recently updated element of the Plan is the draft Housing Element chapter containing Goals and Inventory.   Attached is a draft copy of the Housing Element.

A tentative timeline to approve the Housing Element is noted below.


Timeline

*        August 27 - Open House - Senior Center Willow Room 5 p.m.

*        September 4 - Plan Commission Review and Approval

*        September 25 - Common Council Meeting 1st Reading

*        October 9 - Common Council Meeting 2nd Reading and Adoption
