Balance of State Quarterly Meeting Registration

Here is the hotel info:

Deadline for Hotel Reservations with the BOS block of rooms is April 24, 2019.
For reservations, contact the hotel directly at 920-494-7300. To receive the group rate, you must ask for a room in the Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care room block.

Here is the registration info:  Deadline:  Monday, May 6th. COB.

Members = 1 day $75

Members = 2 days $115

 

Non-Members = 1 day $90

Non-Members = 2 day $140

 

**ATTENTION**

With the new bylaws, it is important that we clarify the definition of a member.  A “Member” is actually a local coalition.  Therefore:

(1) If you are an active participant in a local coalition (member), you will register as a member.  This means you attend their meetings regularly, participate in the PIT or other planning activities.

(2) If you are from Dane, Milwaukee, or Racine counties and not an active participant in a local Balance of Stater coalition (member), you will register as a non-member.

(3) If your organization serves on the Balance of State CoC Board of Directors (i.e. ICA or End Domestic Abuse WI), while not an active participant in a local coalition, your service allows for you to register as a member.

(4) Anyone else, will need to register as a non-member.

 

Following registration, if you registered for the incorrect category, you will need to pay the difference or be refunded the difference.  Please pay special attention to this. 

 

*Also, this place requires people to pick an entrée. 

For Thursday, you will pick 1 of these 2 options when you register:  Burgundy Beef Tips or Chicken Stir-Fry

For Friday, you will pick 1 of these 2 options when you register:  Chicken and Linguine Pasta or Meatloaf

For special meals – we can have Gluten or Vegetarian or both.

 

The description of the meals choices is below:

·        Burgundy Beef Tips:  Tender Angus Beef braised with mushrooms in its own rich stock with a hint of burgundy. Served over wide egg noodles, Vegetable Medley of Waxed beans, green beans, and baby carrots tossed in herb butter.  Served with coffee, hot or ice tea. Freshly baked warm rolls and butter.

·        Chicken Stir Fry:  Stir-fried chicken, broccoli florets, celery, sliced carrots, baby corn, red peppers in a ginger garlic sauce, Asian Sticky Rice, Vegetable Medley of Waxed beans, green beans, and baby carrots tossed in herb butter.  Served with coffee, hot or ice tea. Freshly baked warm rolls and butter.

·        Chicken and Linguine Pasta:  Grilled chicken breast and linguine pasta served with a lemon pesto sauce and parmesan cheese. Vegetable Medley of Waxed beans, green beans, and baby carrots tossed in herb butter.  Served with coffee, hot or ice tea. Freshly baked warm rolls and butter.

·        Meatloaf:  Classic baked 4 oz. meatloaf with mushroom gravy, creamy whipped potatoes, with gravy, Vegetable Medley of Waxed beans, green beans, and baby carrots tossed in herb butter.  Served with coffee, hot or ice tea. Freshly baked warm rolls and butter.
