Discussion (9am-9:30am)

o   Meetings to resume in person or stay virtual? Location – is Hooper building still an option?

o   What topics and discussions would we like to have in the next year?

o   Formation of Action Plan Sub-Committee responsible for putting together the action plan, taking steps towards the goals, completing necessary progress reports, submitting suggestions and updates to be discussed at quarterly meetings.

§  Action Plan 2 has been submitted and needs to be voted on by the coalition. The two items were not achieved for the first Action Plan, so they are being continued for the next six months. Next Progress Report will be due in November/December.

§  Need to have a lead step up to take this on, and committee members. Members interested: Sandra Reeves, Kay Hinton, Erin Toomey,

§  This group needs to meet once per month to make progress on Action Plan steps. Need individuals to volunteer to help with this.

Action Plan was voted by entire Winnebagoland CoC and was passed in June 2021.
