Property/Program Manager - Oshkosh/Winnebago County Housing Authority
If you enjoy working with people and can sustain excellent customer relations this could be a new position for you. Responsibilities include: interviewing applicants and clients, verifying eligibility, determining rent subsidy, tenant accounting and monitoring leases, while working with community agencies. Property management or program administration helpful, but we will train the right person. Starting salary $16.00 per hour, plus excellent benefits.
